pict_3.pngThe primary objective of the project is to reduce economic and social differences within the European Economic Area and to strengthen bilateral relations between Poland and Norway in the area of education. The project will contribute to both strengthening the human potential and expanding the knowledge base in the Applicant’s institution, i.e. Lublin University of Technology. The project falls in line with the objectives of the ”Education” Programme because it will create a modern vocational education and training offer for second-cycle studies and foster professional development of teaching staff in the area of formal and non-formal education. The aim of the project is to offer new forms of vocational training characterized by high quality, relevance and compliance with industry requirements for first- and second-cycle students of engineering studies. One of the objectives of the project is to establish institutional partnership between the Lublin University of Technology and the partner university, focused on improving the quality and relevance of their educational offer. When implementing the project, the project team will follow the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities and social inclusion of vulnerable groups. The educational offer will be prepared in such a way to provide equal opportunities for women and men in education and training. To ensure high quality and effectiveness of the implemented project, the project team will implement mechanisms for ensuring transparency and anti-corruption, and will follow the principles of good governance. The end beneficiary of the project (second-cycle students) will acquire valuable practical competences and skills developed in cooperation with the Norwegian partner and industry partners.
